8. Delivery & Returns
- Due to hygiene reasons, Inner Wears are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted except during damages or wrong product delivery.
- Collin Couture is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the user. In such cases, shipping and processing fees may be deducted from any refunds
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable for orders shipped outside India.
9. Product Information & Availability
- Collin Couture takes efforts to display product colours accurately, but actual colours may vary due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, and photography styles.
- Collin Couture reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.
10. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued only for valid claims and after deducting processing and service fees.
- No cash refunds will be provided.
- Upon successful payment, users will receive an order confirmation email. Keep the Order Confirmation & Transaction Completed receipts safe for reference.
